At GOTRAX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is not performing as expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
